An app did not follow the selected microphone or speaker

Teams, Zoom, and similar apps can be pinned to a named device. Choose “Default” or “System” in that app so it follows the macOS route selected by EyeOh.

Voice Control did not follow the selected microphone

macOS Voice Control maintains its own microphone selection. Open System Settings → Accessibility → Voice Control, then choose the same microphone or Automatic. Apple does not provide EyeOh with a supported way to change this separate setting.

An app did not follow the preferred camera

EyeOh sets macOS’s preferred camera, but meeting and browser apps can retain their own selection. Choose the system or automatic camera option when available.

Camera preview is unavailable

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow EyeOh. Preview starts only when requested and stops when its window closes.

A device is missing

Confirm it appears in System Settings → Sound, reconnect the USB or Bluetooth device, then use Refresh Devices in EyeOh Settings.
